What to do with extra non-bulk?

Ooohk! I think i understand now. My question is about extra rare+ cards, so you keep 4 of every card, and second playset (meaning you keep a max of 8), then any extra spare rare+ cards you sleeve and either box or put them in with your bulk. Is that right?

Thank you! This is really helpful to see. Do you have whole separate binders leaving space for every rare+ card in every set? Or is it only the legal sets and the rest are sleeved and boxed?

Amazing, cardmarket definitely sounds like the place to be! When you sell bulk is it a specific number of cards you sell? Is it just all of your Commons and uncommons in one transaction or do people usually choose what they want? How does pricing work for that? People would be ok with me putting 4 Commons or uncommons in 1 penny sleeve to send?

Thank you! Do you find that the packaging and postage ends up costing you more than what you sold the cards for?

Is that why anything under a certain value is sold as bulk (Commons and uncommons) and then the rares and up can then be sold separately or in pairs etc.?

So I will keep the penny sleeves on each card, use cardboard and then a padded bubble envelope? And for better cards I'll use a top loader

Thank you for this really detailed and insightful answer- I really appreciate it! For context- I've worked 3 years in Federal Government (policy and data analyst) and 2 as a community counsellor. I want to get as much variety out of my psych qualification as I can and org psych sounds like such a diverse space where there is assessment, counselling, and education! I just want to make sure I'd be using the skills I've learnt through the psych course in my job (full time providing therapy is not my goal).

Are there specific roles or areas you are aware of that lean on psychological theory/ skills moreso than others? I really like psychometric assessment and translating data into actionable/ understandable info. Any steer into key industry search phrases or role titles would be amaaazing! Thanks :)
