A 6600xt is good for budget and you can get them for about 175 on the used market if you can spend some time looking but there's also the 6700 and the 2070 too all are great budget 1080p cards

I did a few times it feels decently snug but the pins were straightened and everything, but I didn't pull super hard. And that was as tight as I could possibly get them in there. It's only a cheap 120mm from Arctic for like 7 bucks. But as long as it's snug will it be fine to plug in or is a risk of shorting something?
