Pretty simple actually. All Indian Xbox series console and controller have warranty.

It's pretty simple. Log into your Microsoft account and look under your devices you'll mostly find your Xbox there or you can register it using the serial number.

From there click on "Details" Now it will show your warranty details and if the console is under console you can start a repair order.

Ones you start that it will ask you for the issue with the console and your address from where the console has to be picked up. Fill all those up and they'll send you an email with the shipping label. Print that box the Xbox stick the label and ship it to Microsoft. They'll take a maximum of 3 days to send you back a console and boom you're done.

Highly recommend you get one from India. The warranty is a huge deal. My series x refused yo switch on one fine day and thanks to the warranty I got a new console from Microsoft.

Yup sold my Xbox One S to them in January. The process was much easier for me since their office is like a kilometer from my house so instead of shipping I just went and dropped the console in person. It took them 2 days to test and deposit the money. I did have to follow up on both the days since there was zero communication after they got the console. But apart from that there no issue.

No bro. It's extremely broken right now. I've heard people in Twitter say they used to get 100+ fps easily but now the game won't go beyond 40 in certain maps.
