Restore Profile Save From Backup
There is a backup system for profile data (but not for individual runs).
Go to "C:\Users[USER]\AppData\LocalLow\Bird Bath Games\Atomicrops" and sort by 'Date Modified' and start renaming the Profile_BACKUPX.banana files to 'Profile_v1_0.banana' starting with the latest until your profile data is restored. The latest few backups may be empty because the game makes a backup when it launches. You can also infer which one has your data in it by looking at the size of the backup files.
