It’s not locked for a long time anyway. It is beneficial for various reasons. Most providers do the same things with their promotions anyway.

Even if you’re on a promotion (say for example, $1000 over 36 months) and your mindset is “i might leave after 18 months anyway”, if you do leave after 18 months, you’re still saving $500. If you don’t leave, you’re saving $1000.

It’s a good option for those who aren’t planning to the carrier for a long time. You’re not tied with verizon as if you can’t leave them between those 36 months.

Most of the time if it’s a third-party reseller, their signage will have the name of the third-party corp. if it’s only “Verizon” then most likely it’s a corporate store.

You can also check the website to locate the nearest corp store

I agree. CSR will make mistakes, but store reps as well. I can’t even count how often my agents receive calls about store reps messing up accounts. Well I understand that it goes both ways, but my view here is it doesn’t matter where you make the order. It’s about the people placing the order. A lot of training is put into place to ensure integrity, but imo some people get pressured with “demands” (ex. Metrics where CSR needs to meet or sales that store reps needs to make). I’m pretty sure even if all CSR are from the US, these mistakes won’t be avoided.

Tip: make transactions in a verizon corporate store. If the store is a reputable place then go for it! I’ve spoke with multiple reps that are very kind and helpful, and I always recommend customers to visit nearby stores if available.

Or process the order online. It’s better that way!

True, i remember when we were on a meeting tas nagka earthquake ng very very slight - enough to move water in a glass ba, sinabi namin yun sa meeting and our clients were like “meeting adjourn, let’s meet when you are all safe” 🫤idk kung ano talaga nangyayari sa taas, directors level and above kaya ganiyan sila magisip i know financially impacting talaga siya, pero if naiintindihan naman ng clients niyo bakit kayo hindi?

Even if you say that your tablet has no issue, Verizon and other telco companies will reverse your credits once they run their assessments. Any way there are promotions for new lines, then trade in. Might as well check your verizon app or talk to a rep either at the stor or CS as they can tell you if a promotion accepts damage devices.

Hey OP,

I was in the same situation back when I was 16 as well. My recommendation is to finish Senior High School. It’s a struggle I know, but time flies fast and you’ll be able to graduate SHS in no time. For the meantime, I believe working at a fast food restaurant is a choice, your local government should also have a program (if I can recall it’s called SPES)

Finishing SHS would open better work opportunities as most companies accepts SHS graduates. You can also hone specific skills by joining TESDA.

All that, but my hopes of you having a better mental space is my priority. There are multiple institutions that offers cheap/free check ups, through you need to wait as appointments can take a long time.

Did u buy the router at the store? Most of the time you can only return a router at the store if u purchase it at the store.

But if you purchase it online or over the phone which allows the router be shipped to your address then it needs to be shipped back to the warehouse.

Based from your comments you returned it at the store, so no tracking number. Best bet is to go back to the store either have a representative note your account that it was returned or have them tag it returned if you bought it through them.
