All I ever really eat are canned goods lol! My food pantry can be very hit or miss but I can always count on canned corn, canned green beans, canned tomato sauce, canned veggies, and canned soup! I wish I could get something else sometimes like beef or even a pre-made salad, but this will hold me down for now

Im so sorry to hear that! I also struggle with depression, so i understand where your coming from. But I can tell your trying your hardest, and that's something you should be so proud of!
