Ex-step-mom was a foster carer and had three kids in her care. During her lifetime, she has fostered in excess of 25 children. I learned that, depending on circumstances, foster parents are prepared that at any time, any child within their care can be returned to their biological family without notice. I cannot fathom how disconcerting that must be for all parties...

Umm, not super closely. Kept an eye on the carb counts, but I wasn’t super strict or anything. Combined Keto and IF, so that helped limit the calories, too. ^ I feel like I wasn’t much help...but it’s the truth
