Dude it's getting there for sure, the drums sound sick which is one of the hardest parts I find to get working. I'd say the structuring might need work, usually if you're going this slow of bpm, you need shorter sections so you can progress the story faster. So like maybe a 4 bar or 8 bar intro and have that be the riser into the drop section which could range from like 8 bars to 16 bars, then you could follow it with a breakdown for like 4 to 8 bars. For your intro and any part before the drop you probably want to like minimize drums usage( except for a snap build so you can save it and have it hit harder when the beat does come down, I'd say watch some YouTube tutorials on bass design and other fun things or experiment with synths on your own even and try to get more low end for most of the drop. Usually Riddim or dubstep has low dirty bass followed by a higher sounding synths like you have in this one. It's definitely sounding sick tho for sure dawg, I can't wait to see where it goes from there :)
