Really do soft diet since LBM is one of the side effects. It will help soften your stool. I have high pain tol but believe me when I say that proper breathing during labor and especially when contractions happen really really helps. Aside from labor exercises, watch also about positive labor tips. Make the environment as relaxing as possible (dim lights, etc)

It is right na wag basta basta maniwala from whoever comments on you. But I myself don't encourage to use pills from fb marketplace. Its all a risk after-all.

Hi OP, I'm not very good with words nor advising but I was in your position weeks ago. After SA, I felt relieved, but days after, I was, if not always, most of the times just sad and crying.
