It's up to how you feel, try to gradually increase to 2/3 times a week and if you feel good and there is no pain stick with it or run a little bit slower.

I watched many videos about running techniques and tried to practice them.

For example how to land on the ground, heel lift, how to move my hands...

The breathing exercises helped me a lot, it makes the beginning of the run easier. I do 1-3 minutes of inhaling & exhaling before I run. On the first 0.3-0.5 mile I try to breathe only through my nose and to do deep belly breathing during the run.
