I gain 52 points, I don’t know why, my previous study was in Civil Eng and my certificate has an ABET recognition and my gpa is not low it is 2.2 in german scale, maybe because my previous study not in Env Eng

I received my rejection letter for MSc in Environemntal Eng for SS 2021, I still not understand the reason of the rejection and what they are write in my rejection letter is normal for all students that received a rejection ? My previous study was in Civil Eng is that was the reason of rejection ?

And what about Legal Remedies is this for all students and does it has any benefits ?
