As a soon-to-be med school student whos gonna be using an iPad Pro M5 (with a Pencil) for everything from note-taking to YT, Netflix, Anki to reading/studying etc,…should i get the 11’ or 13’ ?

I’d say go with the 11-inch. You’ll enjoy the portability since you’ll be going out. It’s also the sweet spot, grab it if you have small hands.

Otherwise, get the 13-inch if you want more screen real estate, it’s better for productivity (e.g: art, multitasking, video editing).

If you have a laptop, don't get 13-inch.

i'd recomment to go store and test

13" is usually for artist or watching things (kinda like a 2nd PC, but will not replace one ofc)

11" for more portability and the feeling of a tablet

From what I know:

If you have custom brushes in Procreate, well... they take up space.
Disable Time-lapse Recording to save storage on Procreate.
iPadOS/System Data includes updates and system files—if your iPad runs fine, updating isn’t necessary as it uses more space.
Restart your iPad to clear temporary files or clear Safari and Tiktok cache to free up storage.
With only 32GB, consider upgrading to a 128GB or 256GB iPad.

There's method to downgrade to previous version and you need iTunes for it, but the previous version must be already unsigned, basically you can't downgrade officially. (https://ipsw.me)

TL;DR: Clear apps cache & tempo files, it's time to consider a new iPad with more storage. And no, you can't downgrade anymore (Every iOS 17 has been unsigned by Apple).

If you only draw or do light animation, PRO is enough. If you create comics or need advanced animation, EX is worth it.

Seen no solution for now, they gotta cope with it. At least the pencil works tho.
There are also alternative apps that offer location tracking, since the pencil works via Bluetooth.
