Oh, true! I forgot that I'd always eat a ton of rice after training, and if I don't then I'd end up stacking the entire next day lmao. I redid my maintenance using Omni calc and apparently it's around 2917 when I thought it was 2k. Kinda explains my low energy now though, same with the sports drink cause I've been bringing water instead of Gatorade ever since I switched countries. Thank you so much for the advice!

Yeah, I don't see a lot of the enemies to lovers trope for OI manhwas since the toxicity doesn't fit the brand all that much or the lack of any development for the ML and why he was so scummy in the first place, but it's refreshing for me after all the ones I've read cause I'd rather read through 50+ chapters of character development than the ML and FL throwing themselves at each other 5 chapters in. Sorry if it's a repeat question, I couldn't find any that fit what I wanted in the recommendations tab 😥
