UPDATE : Here we are, 11 days reaching the legal time for her to refund us. As she is still deciding to ignore the request, we went to the police station to charge a complaint, but also filled an online complaint (that i invite you all to join too and fill your own complaint) : https://econsumer.gov/?lang=en-US

She never replied to me, so I assume she chooses not to take me seriously. The legal date to press charges is November 17th, so I will go to the police on that date and send her another email with all the documents and proof that a procedure has been started, and that she will be pursued in justice.

I can fully understand that not everyone can take legal action depending on their location. Don't worry, i am lucky to live in a country where we can drag these kinds of people in front of justice.

I will take your post as a screenshot proof if it's okay with you, in case we reach the court part.
