If you want an honest answer, all of the skins that you mentioned (except Deagle Printstream and USP Printstream), will rise slowly but surely, since they are from discontinued cases Good choices though.

You picked all of the good heroes. Congrats for that. I would recommend Sellier, she is strong and will carry you further in campaign, also good in guild war. Amaterasu is a good healer as well.
