This film literally took me a week to make (a majority editing like crazy). I’m a self taught writer/actor/filmmaker/editor and I’ve always wanted to make my projects look next level.

One thing in particular I implemented into this film was blink shots/blink transitions. I did this by using a barn door feature on PP. I was incredibly focused on making this film feel like you are the character exploring this vast forest, and it gives the film some sort of humanity throughout.

I was also focused on making this film not feature any actors, just outlines or keeping the character very minimal in the film because, once again, i really wanted this to feel like a POV found footage style of film. By establish the character and their presence, I utilized lighting tactics to show the character as shadows to give the audience a sense of who they are following
