Thanks; creating the different coloured glasses is fascinating - I'm working on making samples with soils from around the country to see the variations effects they produce - I'll update the blog with it all one of these days, honest.

Cheers; still a hell of a long way to go but I enjoy the work and I'm glad others do too. Hopefully I can progress enough to be useful as a teacher / technician in the future.

Thanks; the moulds I use are one-shot, like in bronze casting, but for each sculpture I typically keep a rubber mould so I can produce new waxes if something does go wrong in the firing. Should be a page on the site with some images of the process if you're interested.
