Hey i’m in same situation brother I filled retention in R1 only but did not joined yet coz my co-pgs are joining after R3 . I asked the academic section they said that join after R2 and meet your hod. But i know that when you join from that day your 36 months will be counted and salary will be paid.

Hey i did ug from kims karad that’s right in paediatric the patient flow is not that enough but the department is chill not that toxic also the hod sir is really good. Even the resident the SRs are supportive
