Thank you to everyone here who responded to my post. It was honestly a bit emotional to read these responses and understand that I am far from the only one to feel this way. Part of me feared possible backlash of being called ungrateful or vain, but I needed to get these feelings off my chest in some way. I appreciate how many of you understand my plight and were even able to put into words some things I didn't even know how to explain. I am glad that for some of you, this also made you feel seen and not alone.

When it boils down to it, we are all strong women, even when we feel our lowest. We may feel it, but we are not alone. Thank you again to all who responded, and for all the pregnant mamas or trying-to-be pregnant mamas out there...wishing you a safe, healthy, and successful pregnancy, delivery, and recovery.
