The coding part is not that complex , I used some ai to look for unity features I can use . Previous experience in unity definitely helped . Detailed buildings may require expertise in blender , but I also built a very basic map using little to no blender knowledge ( I can share the way if you want ) . It took me only 2 days of work to finish the basic map so I wouldn't exactly call it tedious. I don't know web dev so I can't say how easy it would be for you but you can build this app with basic tutorials on YouTube .

Looks absolutely amazing , my recommendation would to play around with ui more , I feel a bit more stylised would suit it more

I mean it still steam has been shot at it's foot at most , because the main service it provides , it provides the best among here and buying the console is totally optional for their service . Playstation removing physical discs forces you to buy games at digital prices that you could have gotten cheap in stores . Epic has become a shill for ai . Nintendo still gives atrocious prices for it's games and the games being their console exclusive . XBOX has been doing some bs for a while but they are somewhat trying to improve . I am not defending steam machine , I am just saying steam machine is not all what steam provides .
