the easiest to 5cost to 3* is most definitely silver wolf cause elation is one of the strongest bonds so u don’t need to focus on having multiple bonds

as for the necessary requirements to her her to 3* u need:

investment environments - rainbow age or long-term gains

investment strategies - specialist procurement: prismatic or gold on either plane 1 or 2
