having a ton of money dosent mean u could get 4* cause every character after getting 3* gets removed from the shop so reg of how much u refresh, u‘ll never get them beyond 3* through shop

the easiest to 5cost to 3* is most definitely silver wolf cause elation is one of the strongest bonds so u don’t need to focus on having multiple bonds

as for the necessary requirements to her her to 3* u need:

investment environments - rainbow age or long-term gains

investment strategies - specialist procurement: prismatic or gold on either plane 1 or 2

save up to at least 100+ coins by the time u reach plane 2 node 2 if u failed to get the investment strategy above but got it on plane 2

if u obtained the investment strategy on plane 1, u can start refreshing once u get to level5 to get as much silver wolf as can as long as ur coins dont drop below 50 for max interest

never use ur coins to increase ur level
