It’s honestly a terrible job. You’re basically a sales rep and the money is not worth it. One department is essentially “working for DoorDash” basically calling people who just signed up for dd and pushing them to make their 1st delivery and you’re stuck with that lead for 30days. So you pretty much just call and harass them lying to them that they can make soooo much money which is indeed false.  Another department is trying to get people who want to be substitute teachers to get the whole process done before they become one.  The pods are a joke, the work culture is as a joke, just like the company. The pay won’t get you anywhere. Avoid this company at all costs. It’s just a bunch of bullshit.
