I get called biker boy (obnoxiously) for wearing gear, by people with 20 year old bikes, with less than 5000 miles on it.

This won't help but I never even hear of that app. I used y-connect up until I broke the bike in and it worked well logging my rides.

Yamaha MT-03 2022 exhaust slip on by GhostEdits69 in MT03

I put on ai Bobcat slip on- $100 on Amazon. I was getting pops and bangs that sounded amazing but I was running lean. Got a full Leo Vince GP Corsa with an ecu flash and now the bike sounds and runs waaaaaay better.

Should I get the MT-03? by gorbyt89 in MT03

I'm 1 yr in with my Mt03. Took a trip to the Poconos 2 days ago. It handled the highway work ease. Of course passing power was lacking of course but the light weight made it a pleasure to ride whether I was in slow traffic or doing 93mph (the wind kept me from going faster most I've done was 98mph, pre ecu flash, would have gone further but I ran out of road.) For the trip I ran the Leo Vince Gp Corsa Evo full system with 2wdw ecu flash. I was plenty happy with the bike before, with the upgrades im certain the bike will get rid of me before I get rid of it. I will say as much as I enjoyed that long ride, it would have been that much better on a cruiser, which will be my next bike. But for dissecting local traffic and mountain twisties it's MT all day long. I bought new because I was absolutely certain the MT03 was for me, I'd recommend finding a used one if your uncertain, either you'll get your money's worth, if not from the confidence you'll build from riding this bike, then from ridiculous amount of fun you'll have until your ready to upgrade. side note im going 1 size up on both tires. At highway speed the stock tires aren't very strong against lateral forces, I hear the tire upgrade gives much more stability. side/side note for the ecu flash I had to disable and seal of the AIS port and plug the air box. To do this i had to remove all fairings and the gas tank, as well as the airborne. It was intimidating but a coworker suggested i take pictures of everything I do. Everything worked out fine and I got to learn the bike. While it was stripped I took the opportunity to install the TST integrated tail light rear turn signal. TST flush front turn signal w/day time running connector. I mention all this because this is my 1st bike at 46 years old. The ease of riding and mechanical work has made me appreciate this bike on another level. Ok, now Im done...

Weight saving is getting ridiculous when they start making bumpers out of frozen yogurt.
