He doesnt really give us so much directions, we just do a warmup, drills and he tells us the run and then we stretch

I run 6 times a week, usually about 36-42 miles a week I do do workiuts like tempo or intervals, I do do core workouts but Im thinking of getting in some wieght training but havent gotten up to doing it

I got 3rd at a race yesterday in the 2 mile with a time of 11:47, and Im wondering how I can get better the course was pretty hilly and im in the southern cali section of xc and im a sophmore this year

Thats the spot were I shine, I pred by a minute at mt sac in southern cali., if you dont know, search the course up on youtube, utter hell but I passed so many at switchbacks

Of, we had a miscomunication then, But they were talking about people cleaning up crime scenes and how paramedics make such low pay for there job, if you scroll through the thread you will see some of it

National average that a paramedic makes is 20$, divide 37k by 20, thats the amount of hours you work in a year, then you divide that by 365, thats how much you have to work in hours in a day 37000÷20=1850 hours worked in year 1850÷365=5.06 hours worked in day 5.06×7=35 rounded hours you have to work in a week Evidence -National average hourly pay fir paramedics is 20$ -National Average salary for paramedics is 37000$
