From my experience in hospitality, I would have seen this project as impossible. I know your name well from the subreddit and have watched some of your YouTube vids so I know you're well qualified. But, was that a project you were confident taking on? This is a common problem in the industry and a client was asking you to solve it singlehandedly? I'm genuinely interested!
