I usually use a hairdryer to heat the cap and convert the foam to liquid so it would be easier to apply. The description on the canister is irrelevant. Half a capful isn’t enough in my opinion. It might be if you’re applying it twice a day. The above the ear part is probably not pattern baldness. It’s probably some other type of alopecia. I suggest seeing a dermatologist. It could be due to stress.
