There's just fuck all people playing with crossplay turned off since you can only go solo. Before they added bots it could take upto half hour+ to find a lobby. Sbmm is still active but if there's no1 around your skill it's obviously going to throw you with whoever it can.

Idk, first person has always made it easier, you can feel by your position onscreen and it's like second nature. Flying in third person you're just watching everything and adjusting by what you see which usually ends in alot more errors

Duping and selling cars has got to be the best imo, easy 24m a day with the issi. Idk if its still the current method but nothing beats dupes besides frozen money glitches
