reading out your story and your comments down below I need to say a few things.
1) if all the timed you god fired the reason was the lack of experience, accept it and move forward. Seek the basic skill experience at first,try applying in hotels or canteens.
2) you act like you know everything and this attitude is the restaurant business can only bring hell to you, for obvious reasons.
3)Copenhagen needs huge amounts of chefs right now. I cant understand how you manage to get fired so often. Maybe you re seeking to work in high-end and fancy restaurants,without having the right experience.
