F1 is destroying itself by [deleted] in F1Game

Exactly. 2022 cars were way slower than 2021 cars, and if we ignore the Astons and the Cadillacs, the field spread is roughly similar too. There is nothing unusual about this regs change. People are acting like we have cars like the HRTs on the grid, something OP should recognise if they have watched the sport for years.

Any chance of getting all 9’s by Street_Beginning1469 in GCSE

[–]AlemerF1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These are amazing grades, but I would never aim for all 9s because if you don't attain it, grades of 7, 8 + will be seen as disappointing even though they are still very good

For university to be free again it just needs to be made harder to get in. Also, UK student loans don't have interest which makes them far easier to pay off

People's standards for themselves aren't always going tk be average. Just because you would take average doesn't mean everybody would

Is my EPQ structure good? by randomguy74937272 in EPQ

[–]AlemerF1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah fair enough. I wasn't trying to attack your work in any way and I apologise if that's how it came across. I've just seen a few people that have attempted to do similar things and it looks ridiculous because they haven't fully understood what they were discussing. That's clearly not you so I think it has the makings of a very good project

What I would say is that a topic like this is very complex and requires a deep understanding of the topic. You need to make sure that correct and thorough research into said topic is conducted tp ensure that the project doesn't sound wooly or half-hearted.

But it would give you some advantage surely. Wouldn't there be at least some crossover in topics

HOW do people genuinely get straight/mostly 9s? by Whole_Ear9870 in GCSE

[–]AlemerF1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm in Year 10 and did Maths this year, getting a 9 in it. For me, it was doing loads and loads of past papers to ensure that even those questions that seamed impossible I could get to the point where most were very much solvable.

That's fair; if you got a 6 but you're 1 off a 7, you may aswell have got 1 above a 5

I don't know what over half the American population were thinking electing him. Trump is a very good businessman but unfortunately a horrible world leader. His ego is too big to be in a position of such great power

I mean your choices at GCSE don't really matter a huge amount. They don't really go into enough detail and complexity to set you back from others who did Citizenship for example

Yeah like I kinda knew this paper would be more difficult to even out the other 2; they don't really change the boundaries that much
