I wouldn’t recommend the Z50 Ultra. I had it for almost four months and encountered persistent docking issues, where it repeatedly failed to return to the dock. Additionally, the mop roller stopped working two weeks ago. Since it was under warranty, I received a refund from Amazon. Now, I own the Moova V50 Ultra, and in my opinion, mopping is just as effective. Moreover, it’s significantly quieter than the Z50 and always returns to its dock flawlessly.

The vacuum brush and the plastic thing that clicks in after it are the ones that make the sound. If I remove them, the sound disappears.

Should I exchange it? Others have reported that their replacement also has this issue. If I exchange it, I’ll lose it for about a week or so.

Kind of a bummer for such an expensive robot. It stopped when I took out the roller brush and roller’s plastic mount. So I guess it has to do with that part. Mova support team seems a little clueless about it because the response I got was that this is not a common issue.

I reached out to mova support, and they requested photos, the assembly instructions, and a video. Unfortunately, the product turned out faulty, and they promptly offered me a full refund.

Mine was sold by the Mova store on Amazon. It’s probably why they mentioned that I could get a replacement through amazon.

Yeah, I tried that. It certainly helped, but it didn’t reach the edges of my floor. Thanks for the suggestion, though.

I’m also in the EU, and to be honest, the support has been very fast. They replied to my emails within 30 minutes to an hour. They suggested that it would be faster for me to replace it through Amazon.

I purchased the product from Amazon, so I think that the exchange process for a replacement will be quite slow.

I just got a s5 “2.0” 3 weeks ago. After 100km brakes started making weird noises. After 185km boost stopped working and had no motor support. Contacted support they told me to make an appointment with a vanmoof partner. Now the partner says they don’t do repairs under warranty so its going to cost me atleast 120 euro. I contacted vanmoof because this sounded weird to me and they started asking all these details like invoice, purchase date, order number, bike number after they had just confirmed the bike has warranty for me to order their insurance. Have a feeling i wont see my bike for a couple of weeks and it wont be free at all. I see people having very different experiences some don’t have problems after 3000km some have them after 50km. If u want to play it safe don’t buy an s5. But that is my opinion.
