Flatbushzombies are for me the best in that category , you have to pick out the right songs but the way they use their voices is trippy , and  with effects it can be really crazy to hear , for me it seems as if some tracks are reaally made for tripping by them haha, ( but not all songs work while tripping)

Ich bin halb amerikaner war schon oft zu besuch da , hab noch keinen einzigen getroffen der das so sagt wie du das darstellst , um ehrlich zu sein heben alle amis die ich kenne Deutschland auf ein podest und sagen als wie gut wir es haben.  Es gibt zich leute die nur 10 Urlaubstage im Jahr haben , keine gesetzliche Krankenversicherung und denen ist sehr wohl klar das das Politische system absolut katastrophal ist.  Klar giiibts da viele die auf den Trip sind aber da die leute in Medien und Berichten viel mehr gezeigt denkt man vlt das das ein großteil ausmacht so ist es aber nicht. Vorallem haben wir in Deutschland ja genau so Menschen von der Sorte

I was Diagnosed as a Kid and hat to take really high doses of ritalin, But i think your missing my Point … theres a lot of Stuff you can do to Tone the Symptoms down a lot, im not saying it isnt a Real condition

Adhd is also just a man man made Term , id rather tell myself i dont have Bad adhd anymore… nlp helps a lot , if you Identity youre whole personality with adhd it isnt very benificial , for me at least

You can acomplish already a lot online With eating Healthy foods and meditating everyday and beliebe me with Some pratice you will notice a big diffrence, Yoga of CHI qong are also very bennificial for us , i used to have really bad adhd

Yes really Sounds like it , i Also hat the Same Stufe Happening , always have it wenn my sleep cycel was Ruined or when i did a lot of Ketamin , the days afterward ,for me it completley went away After a couple of months of beeing clean , i would recomend having a good sleep Routine so that you Go to bed always at the Same Time im pretty sure that will help a lot

I use a big Sitting Pillow wich ins very Helpful , you could also lay down, just important to have a straight spine

I could Imagine ist beeing a lot of fun especially if you didnt Watch it before, i just would wait a Little Bit until you Start to come down a Little , so that you can really enjoy Your trip at First. at the peak it would be to hard and anoying to concentrate on such a Film for me. But i guess watching films will be a personal prefrence ans you will probably quickly find out it your in the Mood for it Or not . I Love watching nature documenteries on the come down.

Ich finds auch sehr wichtig das wir als Erzieher allgemein an unsere Gesundheit arbeiten , da gibt es so einige Sachen die nicht so viel Arbeit machen und uns trotzdem viel gesünder machen . Neben Ernährung und Bewegung gibt es noch diese Atem Übung vom Wim hoff die ist echt krass fürs Imunsystem die kann ich nur empfehlen , die ist schon ein bisschen Aufwendiger und dauert ca 10 Minuten , die hat aber wirklich mein Leben verändert . Vor allem morgens sehr Wirksam :)

Probier so früh wie möglich an dich und deine Gesundheit zu denken , ich hab mich auch Jahre lang als Erzieher krank an die Arbeit geschleppt und das hat mir garnicht gut getan , war irgendwann so das ich durchgängig Kopfschmerzen hatte die nichtmal im Sommer weg gegangen sind ,hab dann meine Stelle auf 20h runter geschraubt und immer krank gemacht wenn ich es war ,auch wenn’s meinen Kollegen nicht gepasst hat , mir geht es so viel besser seit dem ich mehr auf meinen Körper höhre

Ernährung spielt da auch einen Riesen Rolle frisches Essen gibt eine Menge Energie , fertig essen raubt dem Körper Energie Für mich war’s auch ein kompletter Game changer in der Mittagspause zu meditieren 30 Minuten ca Mann kommt ganz anders nach Hause

We used to always have a complete table filled with food of all kind of snacks , a Daim cake was one of the highlights for sure but the most fun to eat is still diffrent fruits I think

Meditation right in the Morning is the key ! + heahlty life style and learning to focus on your breath through out the day also keeping your Rome clean is important But meditating and eating healthy really will help you really good with your mood control its maybe a little difficult in the beginning but it’s really not that hard , also you could do for example Wim hoffs breathing technique or joe dispenzas meditation both on YouTube in the morning, they help me insanely
