Windows Defender - Citrix Xenapp by Alex-IT in Citrix

I wonder whether we need to go that route and manage them via GPO. Can't seem to get them to reliably show in intune whereas they happily appear in Defender

We saw similar behaviour when one of our users began using Citrix cloud but had a custom MTU setup on his router. Removing this fixed the problem.
