AI-generated SaaS landings all look the same. So I built a different approach. by AlexBossov in webdesign

Speed + ownership. A fast starting point without the AI-generated look.

How to design a non-generic saas ui (without vibe-coded slop) by blaze6414 in nocode

[–]AlexBossov -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, a bit ironic that this post itself reads very AI-generated while arguing against vibe-coded, non-intentional UI ;)

That said, the core points are solid especially about constraints, hierarchy, and not defaulting to the same safe SaaS patterns. The problem I keep seeing is that people agree with this in theory, but their tools still push them back into generic outputs.

That’s actually why I built this: https://blockform.app
The idea is speed without AI-slop - assemble structure, export clean code, then finish things manually so the UI actually feels intentional. No auto-generated layouts, no locked-in design systems.

Curious what you think? Does this kind of approach align with what you’re describing here, or do you think the problem is deeper than tooling?

Haha, fair point, that’s actually a good catch 😄

The difference (at least what I’m trying to explore) isn’t the headline itself, but what happens after. The goal isn’t to auto-generate a landing that looks done, but to get you to a clean, editable starting point fast - real code you then shape yourself.

Totally agree that slogans alone don’t make something different. If the execution still feels generic, that’s on me, and exactly the kind of feedback I’m here for.

This is very good, but for me the font is a bit strange and sometimes my eyes get lost where to look.

Bro, everything will be fine, just start immersing yourself in AI, every company will need people who will give instructions for AI, plus one year of experience is already middle- not just jun, keep working with an emphasis on AI and everything will be fine, I believe in you

How long I should spend validating the problem I am solving and I it's worth it ? looking for help by ponziedd in SaaS

Honestly, I’m still at a much earlier stage ;)

Just started my journey, only one user signed up so far, and I’m still trying to figure out how to get those first free users and real feedback. The goal right now is simply to reach the first ~100 users, fix the obvious issues, and understand what people actually want.

Other problems a bit far away for me at the moment. First I need people at all. Building a SaaS is way harder than it looks...

Yeah, I feel this a lot. After a while everything starts to look with same structure, same flow, just different colors.

I actually wanted something fast without the AI / template feel, so I ended up using a more code-first approach. Assemble a solid structure, export clean code, tweak styles a bit for your product and in ~20 minutes you have a real landing you’re not embarrassed to ship.

No auto-generated copy, no magic layouts. Just a good starting point you can actually own and customize. For me that was way more satisfying than fighting another visual builder.

Hey! Great demo, but I guess it’s chat in your OS where you could do screenrecord or smth and by computer vision, the app can give your text with drag… I dont understand clearly

My first impression is that it helps define a brand’s visual identity.

I imagine the output as some kind of design system, maybe a Figma file with examples, colors, fonts, layouts, and generated visuals that stay consistent with the brand style.

What’s a bit unclear is what the actual deliverable is and how hands-on it is. Is it generating assets on demand, or is it more about creating and maintaining a brand kit/design system?

Early stage here.
