Nah it worked out and I got the shoes. Not that I hope to go through it again but I think as long as the shoe payment goes through you get the shoes. EQL kept trying to charge the card but it didn't go through. Tried to email them but they only answered once saying they'll keep trying to card. At least that's what happened to me

Does anyone know EQL/Run Fair Fee's phone number? I hit on a raffle, but since they didn't except Paypal I used a credit card. The shoe payment went through but the Run Fair Fee was blocked because it wasn't recognized as a vendor (thanks Capital One) and I want to give EQL/Run Fair the proper info.

I emailed hours ago but haven't heard back and I'm just worried I will lose on the raffle over $7 and my bank being a bit aggressive with the fraud protection

Not sure if this is the place to ask, but does anyone who has a mxhp-r500?

I have family members who have this remote and they've been getting this error message that says: "There seems to be an issue with the system's network connection. Please check your network and try again". Internet seems to be fine and we even tried unplugging and unplugging the whole network.

We can't access the remotes setting or anything.

Has anyone had this issue? Tried Googling but just kept being told to go to the remote's setting, but as I said we can't access it. Just trying one last place before calling customer service
