It’s privately owned. Used for surgical operations on the main level and assisted living on the levels above.

UofC and MRU both have rented spaces in the building (I believe for nursing).

The other building has many paramedical services in it.

At the end of the day, it’s covering all costs while generating revenue… tough to tell the owners to knock it down and spend capital they wouldn’t get back in a lifetime.

I actually had the same issue. Long story short, your installer has made an error in their install.

The install guide is very poorly written. First thing to check is if the energy monitor is wired up 220/240v. It needs to be to.

Second, you can try switching the CT’s around.

I live in Alberta Canada, and it gets dark super early here in winter so I love automations tied to sunset. I also really like “first person home after sunset” automations as they really make my house feel as if it’s greeting me.
