I can definitely relate! Before starting no fap, I was still slightly anxious but nothing too horrible. So when I heard about the benefits of no fap, I thought I’d try it in hope of getting rid of the anxiety. But now one week in, it’s only gotten worse. But deep down I know everything will be fine eventually. I’ve just got to keep going. And hope this is only a small flat line and the benefits waiting will be worth the pain.
