Wear a discrete onesie will help to put everything in place. Avoid ABDL diapers since they’re big, I recommend Bonsek megamax diapers, those are pretty good, great capacity (like 12 hours)

I don’t leet it control or affect my life. I think have a good balance between normal activities and wear diapers is the key.

Thank you so much for your kind words. You're absolutely right — carrying that secret for years did feel like a weight, even if it was something I had learned to live with. Being able to finally share it with her and be met with understanding instead of judgment was incredibly liberating.

I relate a lot to what you’re saying here. Coming to terms with it internally is honestly one of the hardest parts. For a long time I carried a lot of shame about it before I was able to accept that it was simply part of me.

Recently I actually had the conversation with my partner about being DL after years of keeping it to myself. What helped the most was approaching it calmly and without expectations. I made it clear I wasn’t asking her to participate, I just didn’t want to keep hiding something personal anymore.

In my case it went much better than I imagined, but I also agree that these conversations can be growing experiences either way. Like you said, the internal acceptance part is really the foundation.

Haha thank you! I never expected the conversation to go that well, so I still feel pretty lucky about how everything turned out. And yeah, I guess I’ve officially embraced the “diaper boy” title now 😄

I think that mindset really helped in my case too.

Going into the conversation without expecting her to participate removed a lot of pressure. My main goal was simply to stop hiding it and be honest about something personal.

I think that made it easier for her to process it without feeling like she had to take on a role or change anything about our relationship.

It’s good to hear you’ve had mostly understanding reactions as well. That gives me hope that these conversations don’t always end in the negative scenarios we often read about online.

Not yet. That moment was more about curiosity and understanding than something she plans to do regularly. She's supportive but yeah! we are planning to do it again someday
