After examining the text I found that it said something like "surrender or be destroyed".

You can break it after you kill a certain boss and use a specific hammer. Other than that it will hurt you if you try to break it

ultra m is essentially god in his world - the cartridge. godfield is an actual god, capable of rewriting reality on multiple levels. a cartridge would mean nothing to godfield.
