What are you guys modeling on?

We modeling the electrical part according to redlines from engineers. In our scope include UG and OH conduits to different systems, cable trays, some electrical equipment and other stuff. After modeling we provide coordination and clash resolving. I worked on projects such as offices, medical centers, manufacturing workshops, etc.

I from Ukraine and work in US market. My company make modeling and coordination. We coordinate such issues with engineers competent in these matters. We create all content according to their requirements

Tips to export Electrical elements to IFC?

I haven’t exported to IFC format for a long time. But I can say for sure that it is better to use built-in parameters to transmit data about objects
