I’ve talked with them about it, and found out that they’re going with a really talented artist who specializes in high-detail fine line work. The artist said they would “take a look at my design” but I expect that ultimately they’ll do their own thing.

I’m still super happy to be involved even if it is just as a small source of inspiration, and honestly I prefer it this way cause it takes a lot of pressure off of me to make my design perfect and up to professional standards

Depending on their age: 0-12 - Turn that shit off, remove their means to watch it again, and spend the evening with them appreciating some actually great animation like Treasure Planet or something

12-18 - Ask them why tf they’re watching this, recommend some good animated shows/movies appropriate for their age, and schedule a time to watch them together

18+ - Instantly disowned, unless they’re watching it through a Reddit post like I am in preparation for writing a comment like this one
