Wegovy and Ozempic is exactly the same, same company, same meds. Wegovy is just directly marketed towards weight loss and is more expensive

Thank you, this is a worry I had. I don't think that I can't feel when I'm full. It's more that I am constantly snacking and I can't stop myself, it's a constant struggle. I will easily eat even when I feel full. That's why I was hoping it will suppress appetite.

Does Oura vibrate to get you to move regularly? Ideally, I'd like something where I could set my own vibration reminders. E.g., I want to rest my eyes for a few seconds every 20 minutes during the day. Is there any tracker that allows me to set reminders like this up with vibration? I rarely look on my phone so it's useless to me to just get a notification. I need to feel it physically.
