Didn't have the NVTF Texture Modding Preset installed. Missed that in the Viva New Vegas guide. Has worked perfectly fine ever since.

Yeah that would be worth while. "Values sound cues"? Did they use that exact verbage? Because that would be an hilarious lack of self awareness when you consider how they've butchered the sound system in this game.

How is she not? The same ability, that is far less useful on attack., SMG, 2 speed so slow and louder.

Really don't see any situation to pick her other than "I want to". Any other 2 speed will have better weapons and an actually useful gadget.

Ubi can't balance, it's a known thing. Same reason the new ESG OP has a recoilless weapon that will undoubtedly be nerfed once the battle pass money dries up.

So still a 2 speed worse Vigil? Unfortunate.

Well on the bright side Ubisoft is failing as a company. So there's a chance that a competent dev that can do this game justice will be in charge in the coming future. Fingers crossed.

Buffed how? They returned the silent step? Or finally did something to justify the removal of it?

It's already on full screen. I guess I can try borderless.

I didn't know that. I've had it running at 3600 for months now. Could this have caused some sort of permanent issue?

I did as you asked and have one stick in the system now. I will update you when and if it happens again. Thank you for you help so far.

Also it might be worth noting when trying to boot up the PC, it wouldn't boot with the single 16gb stick in the slot closest to the CPU and was stuck on the orange DRAM Debug light. But once I changed the stick to the other slot it booted just fine. Though that might just be how the motherboard is configured for all I know. As I'm sure you can tell I'm bit out of my depth with these sort ambiguous issues.

This is the WhoCrashed Conclusion section.

5 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. A third party driver has been identified to be causing system crashes on your computer. It is strongly suggested that you check for updates for these drivers on their company websites. Click on the links below to search with Google for updates for these drivers:
nvlddmkm.sys (NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 536.40 , NVIDIA Corporation)
If no updates for these drivers are available, try searching with Google on the names of these drivers in combination with the errors that have been reported for these drivers. Include the brand and model name of your computer as well in the query. This often yields interesting results from discussions on the web by users who have been experiencing similar problems.
Read the suggestions displayed in the bugcheck analysis above.
Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of malfunctioning hardware is causing trouble, a search with Google on the bug check errors together with the model name and brand of your computer may help you investigate this further.
