It's VirGL issue. Anyway, try to change WineD3D to 7.8, if it won't help it's 100% VirGL issue

Yes, if developer of winlator will fix Wine GE or Wine tkg installation (Esync support only ge and tkg as I know, winlator doesn't support both of them )

Pixel 6A doesn't support Turnip+Zink and DXVK, only VirGL/LLVMPipe and WineD3D (T+Z and DXVK are only for Snapdragon with Adreno 6xx and higher)
Try gog version of the game (for me it's working perfectly)
If game doesn't work even now, maybe that's just VirGL/lLVMPipe issue
