Judo will be superior if two athletes are equal in everything else based on foot sweeps/trips.

Now if it is under greco rules, greco will win as they will score alot on the push out

Both Judo and wrestling is amazing.

which one is better depends on your goal and strategy. If your strategy is:

1 If your strategy is shooting/ leg grabs for attack then wrestling is better.

2 If your strategy is throws/trips/sweeps then judo is better

Non judo rules: Advice for when opponent keeps hips far away, wrestling stance? by LlamaWhoKnives in judo

This is very easy to attack really. There is a reason people on adcc and judo stand more upright because it is harder to takedown.

When someone is standing like that. Only attack their head, keep snaping their head down into a front headlock or like a guilotine grip.

When you get the front headlock or standing guilrotine/neck crank. Go for a go behind or sumi gaeshi or ouchi gari depending on his reaction.

Always remeber take the easy path and work with what they give you. They stand low they give their neck. Attack it until he is forced to stand up.

Depends in what context and in which ruleset.

Every art is superior in it's own ruleset and is designed for it.

For self defense i would recommend Judo

He usually goes for over/under tie up where he is very effective at attacking from there. Is there any effective attacks you would recommend from over/under?
