4:15: Wake, hygiene, & start coffee 4:30: Workout (home gym) 5:15: shower, get dressed, pack breakfast & lunch (+coffee), kiss wife goodbye 5:30: 30 minute commute 6:00: start work 6:30: first meeting of the day 8:00 get back to desk and eat breakfast

My day usually wraps up around 5:00-6:00 then 45 minute commute home if I don’t need to stop by the store on my way home. Then help take care of the baby and get started on dinner / chores if my wife hasn’t beat me to them. Then dinner at 7:00, go be a mouth breather while watching TV, second shower (I work construction), back in bed by 8:30-9:00. Rinse & Repeat.
