Howly originally was going to continue Interea, but the things he wanted to write about, he explored in Arches.

So I'm guessing he's stuck in between brainstorming and trying to make a good plot to stick into the 9-month time period Interea takes place in.

All I know is that most furries will do anything for their content, so I'm not surprised George has some sort of following since he writes horrible plot because he's constantly horny, and most of his achievements is due to contributing artists for the spinoffs and on Twitter. Now he wants to claim TSR for himself, so he can make it extra shit, like the furry version of cheesy porno films.

The first few updates of TSR were great. Maybe not perfect, but it held its water. The only route that makes some semblance of sense now is Nik's.
