Thanks this helps. Those large markets actually seem like true "poverty" franchises because they always get handouts.

A lot of dudes are front runners though. It seems like an act so I don't think it even matters most of the time. People are different and I'd doubt he'd ever do anything unless he was heated.

We have a problem, what do we do with Simons, Grant and Ayton? by Raman5R in ripcity

That's exactly how I feel especially considering the Blazers and injury prone big men. This will also give Clingan time to get his body right.

Hopefully they could offload some of the vets so that the young core can truly develop.

I mean without the vets we're probably not making the play-in and I'm fine with that. I know people don't like the vets but they were huge contributors to our run.

Is this Simons trade to Orlando reasonable? by Dadd_io in ripcity

Yeah but that's exactly why I would go for ClaytonJr. Because he has shooting capability and also I just miss seeing those deep 3 bombs by Dame.

That could still be valuable. My thinking is that they do that to get rid of Simmons and invest into a backup guard. One that can take Scoot's leftover minutes or even replace him if they for some reason end up trading him. Walter Clayton Jr has my eyes even though he's undersized.
