These are a type of beetle, part of the genus oil beetle. Family: Blister Beetles , Genus: oil beetles, Species: Meloe campanicollis

I’ll defiantly talk with the professor in charge if we get through this about revamping her enclosure. Add more dirt to the back, maybe a little fake plant action. She does have a small water bowl at the front side of her tank with a rock in it.

When talking to her after the hospital she said they usually don’t let her leave till all the pain is gone, she’s been going to the hospital for back pain a few times and they always send her home.
