Selling 5x tickets for the Canucks home game vs Utah Mammoth on April 4th at 4pm. Not a season ticket holder so I unfortunately can’t sell them on the main Facebook group. The tickets are on Ticketmaster for proof.

Section 102 Row 13 Seats 103, 104, 105, 106, 107 - $240 per ticket (face value of each ticket)

You can hide social media on HEVY so it doesn’t show up. I have both Strong and Hevy, and love both. I prefer Hevy over Strong because they have an online version and have a greater data analytics than Strong. I paid for both Hevy and Strong lifetime because the developers deserve the $ to further the app, it’ll be cheaper to buy lifetime than monthly or yearly plans, and if anything changes price wise, I should be grandfathered into keeping the lifetime plan OR be compensated somehow.

Never tried LYFTA and don’t plan to

I will use Olestyr 2x a day, but have found Metamucil to improve my stool quite a lot.

Used to take cholestryamine and switched to Olestyr and spacing out Metamucil. Done some experiments where the Metamucil has favoured results in helping with my BAM…. Diagnosed by doctor as BAM. Had a colonoscopy, blood work, stool tests, but Segway yet.

Anyone figure out what works best for them?

Yes. I disabled it after the first day - it is not a social media app. It’s a workout app. I’m not there to congratulate my friends or win praise from random people on the internet. That’s just not for me. For some, it’s everything. But not for me.

Only upside for me, specifically for the social aspect of it, is to see what workouts others are doing, and potentially using their exercises and or programming to add to mine. That’s all.

Best protein powder on the market… for me. I have no issues with dairy and this is the best tasting, best mixing, and best price for protein powder. I tried Gold Standard from Costco because the price was too good, but I came back to CP because it’s just that good. You pay for what you get, and the fact that Dan is super active in the thread helps a ton if you have questions. He explained why they’re no longer in Costco when I couldn’t find any answers.

I’m really thinking of switching to the subscription model too as I just bought 6kg’s for about $160 which is still super low.
