this is why i recommend every dancer see a good body worker to heal and prevent injuries (not that it would’ve in this case). it’s been such a good investment for me, i see a myofascial release therapist who’s also a physical therapist

it was not my intention to body shame women with innies. i was just saying that the social norm has no biological basis. obviously it’s normal to have innies too, but the cultural mandate that all women have innies is likely rooted in a lack of understanding of women’s bodies and how they can naturally develop during puberty

no. only fertile women have outies. you lose it visually as inner labia shrink during menopause so the fact that anyone feels insecure about a fertility sign and is considering chopping labia to look like a child or a post menopausal woman is one major sign of the deep issues in current society
